If you forgot your password to your personal account, you may reset it from the Forgotten Account Password Page. You may access this page through:
Click the Forgot Account ID or Password? link, and Ovid opens the Forgot Account ID or Password Page.
Type either the account ID OR email address (supplying both will result in an error). Click the Reset Password button.
Ovid generates a new password, sends it to the personal account email address, and returns to the Account Administration Page with a confirmation message. From there, click the “Search” tab to return to your Ovid session. Click the My Account link again, and use the new information to access your personal account. You may change the password from the Modify Personal Account Page at any time.
Ovid clears any password cookie from your computer when you submit a reset password request.
When you submit a reset password request with email address information, Ovid resets passwords for all personal accounts associated with that email address.
